The location is very close to the international airport. A short walk gets you to the terminals and the train station. The hotel ensured easy access into the city. The breakfast offered a great selection of foods.
I noticed one of the elevators was out of service. That slowed down the transit times within the hotel.

the room was quite spacious. it was acceptably equipped too.
The check-in kiosk malfunctioned, so i couldn't check in properly. a staff member moved me there. she was already assisting another family. i felt ignored. the room reeked of cigarette smoke. That was not pleasant at all.

the hotel is directly connected to the international terminal which was super handy after a long flight! check-in was speedy and efficient. my room had fantastic blackout curtains.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway, it didn't affect my stay at all.

Acceptable Location, Notable Shortcomings

The hotel's location is certainly convenient. It is a very short walk to the airport.
The noise level was a problem . Doors opening and closing were clearly audible, and I also heard voices from the corridor. Staff interaction was also not up to standard. Upon arrival, I was like an inconvenience. This is unacceptable.

the hotel is convenient because of its location right across from international arrivals. the beds were comfortable (i was very grateful) after my long flight.
the check in experience was dreadful. a staff member stopped me from checking in at the reception desk and made me use the malfunctioning check in kiosk. our room also had a cigarette smoke smell, so it was unpleasant.
